Decadent Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
- Eggs 2
- Honey 2-3 tbsp or to taste
- Wheat flour (or plain flour) 1/3 Cup
- Chocolate chips 1 Cups (chocolate bar broken into chunks can also be used)
preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 *C.
- Melt the chocolate on a water bath. Allow to come to room temperature.
- Beat the eggs using a whisk or an electric mixer until light yellow, creamy and fluffy.
- Add melted chocolate and mix until combined.
- Add honey and wheat flour and fold until well combined. Do not over-mix at this stage.
- Place a parchment paper in an 8-inch square pan. Alternatively, grease the pan with butter and flour to prevent the brownies from sticking to the pan.
- Pour the mixture to the pan and bake at 180*C for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into it comes out clean.
- Pour chocolate sauce over the brownies. Sprinkle some walnuts and hazelnuts, cut into cubes and serve. Enjoy!
