Ingredients
- Fish 1 kg, boneless and cut into chunks
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp
- Paprika powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1.5 tbsp
- Red food color as needed
Preparation
- Mix all the above ingredients and marinate the fish in it for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the fillets. Cook for 3-5 minutes on both sides.
- Enjoy!
Fish Tikka
