Fish Tikka

Ingredients

  • Fish 1 kg, boneless and cut into chunks
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp
  • Paprika powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1.5 tbsp
  • Red food color as needed

Preparation

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and marinate the fish in it for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the fillets. Cook for 3-5 minutes on both sides.
  3. Enjoy!
