Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

  • Chicken Drumsticks 7-8, big sized
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp (or more to taste)
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Garam masala 1.5 tsp heaped
  • Coriander powder 1.5 tsp heaped
  • Cumin powder 1.5 tsp heaped
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • All-purpose flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • Ginger and garlic paste 1.5 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Water 2-3 tbsp

Frying

  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  1. Mix everything and marinated chicken drumsticks in it for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a wok on a medium flame.
  3. Add rice flour to the chicken and mix well, coating should be thick.
  4. Add drumsticks one by one to the wok.
  5. Fry for 12-14 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Take out on a paper towel and serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
