Ingredients
- Chicken Drumsticks 7-8, big sized
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp (or more to taste)
- Red chili powder to taste
- Garam masala 1.5 tsp heaped
- Coriander powder 1.5 tsp heaped
- Cumin powder 1.5 tsp heaped
- Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
- All-purpose flour 2 tbsp heaped
- Ginger and garlic paste 1.5 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Water 2-3 tbsp
Frying
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
- Mix everything and marinated chicken drumsticks in it for 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil in a wok on a medium flame.
- Add rice flour to the chicken and mix well, coating should be thick.
- Add drumsticks one by one to the wok.
- Fry for 12-14 minutes on medium flame.
- Take out on a paper towel and serve immediately.
