Ingredients
- Fresh mushrooms 10, washed and sliced
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp, grated
- Onion 1 big, chopped
- Rosemary 1 tsp (optional)
- Oregano 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1 tsp or more
- Salt 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Boiled rice made from 2 cups of uncooked rice
- Chopped spring onions 5-6 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat 2 tbsp of butter and add sliced mushroom. Cook on high heat until they start to release moisture.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté until all the moisture has evaporated and the onions start to turn golden.
- Add salt, white pepper powder, oregano and rosemary and mix for a minute.
- Then add 2 tbsp of butter and let it melt.
- Immediately add boiled rice and mix well on high heat.
- Lastly, add chopped spring onions and stir in.
- Fried rice is ready. Enjoy with any gravy for your choice.
