Garlic Sauce (For Chicken Broast)
Ingredients
- Butter 2 tablespoons full
- Cream Cheese (I use Kiri) 4 tbsp
- Fresh garlic paste 1/2 tsp or more to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Melt butter. Bring to room temperature.
- Add cream cheese, garlic paste and salt and mix until well combined.
- Enjoy with Fried or roasted chicken.
- NOTE: Refrigerated sauce will be a bit hard because of the butter. Keep it on the counter top until it comes to room temperature.
