Grapes Topping

Ingredients

  • Grapes 1 cup
  • Water 1.5 cup
  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp (mixed in 1 tbsp)

Preparation

  • Cut grapes into half.
  • Transfer to a sauce pan. Add water and sugar and allow to cook until grapes release their color.
  • Add corn flour mixed in 1 tbsp water to the grapes mixture.
  • Cook until thickened.
  • Pour over cheesecakes or desserts.
  • Enjoy!
