Ingredients
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 small
- Garlic clove 1
- Chopped Fresh parsley 1/2 cup
- Chopped Fresh mint 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
- Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a chopper and chop into a fine mixture.
- Wet your hand with a tiny bit of water and begin to form the chicken mixture into oval patties (the chicken mixture may feel a bit sticky, which is fine, but the wet hands should help).
- Grease a grilling pan with a little bit of oil and heat to medium-high. Place the kofta on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until fully cooked through (use spatula to carefully turn the kofta over halfway through cooking).
- Serve immediately with and your choice of sides (hummus, pita bread, olives etc). Enjoy!
