Healthy Apple and Walnut Kheer
Ingredients
- Apples 4
- Milk 1 L (1000 ml)
- Walnuts 1 cup, chopped
- Brown Sugar as needed
Preparation
- Add milk to a cooking pot.
- Peel and grate the apples and immediately add to the milk, otherwise apples will turn brown.
- Add chopped walnuts.
- Cook until the milk thickens to desired consistency.
- Add brown sugar and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Take out in a bowl.
- Apple and walnut kheer is ready. Enjoy while warm.
