Healthy Bounty Chocolate
Ingredients
- Desiccated coconut 1.5 cups
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Honey 4 tbsp- 5 tbsp
- Thick yogurt 1/2 cup
- Chocolate for coating 1 cup
- Coconut oil 3-4 tbsp
Preparation
- Mix together desiccated coconut, vanilla, honey and yogurt.
- Flatten the mixture into 1cm thick sheet.
- Cut into desired size and fix the shape using hands.
- Place the bars in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in double boiler and add coconut oil to thin it out.
- Coat the bounty bars in chocolate and place on a parchment paper to set.
- Bounty Chocolate bars are ready.
- Refrigerate and enjoy before the expiry date of yogurt.
