Ingredients
- Instant oats 1.5 cup (like quaker oats)
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- Honey 6 tbsp
- Peanut butter 5 tbsp
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 160°C using upper and lower rods.
- oats to a blender and blender into fine powder.
- Transfer to a bowl and add cocoa powder. Mix.
- Add peanut butter and honey. Knead into dough.
- Add 4-5 tsp of water to soften the dough.
- NOTE: Dough should be soft like play dough.
- Roll the dough into roti like thin sheets.
- Cut into small cubes (1 cm square cubes).
- Arrange the cubes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Transfer to an airtight container.
- Serve with warm milk topped with fruit.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 weeks. enjoy!
