Ingredients
For Custard
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp full (heaped)
- Vanilla powder/essence 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Milk 500 ml
- Cream 1/2 cup
Other
- Marie biscuits 10-12
- Nutella 1/2 tbsp
- Chocolate syrup
- Chocolate chip Cookies 4
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, add sugar, corn flour, vanilla egg and milk. Whisk until well combined.
- Add cream and whisk again
- Transfer to a pot and cook, stirring continuously until the custard thickens.
- If lumps are formed during cooking, whisk it using a hand whisk.
- Transfer the marie biscuits and Nutella in a food processor and grind into a powder.
- Take 4 dessert cups and line them with the marie biscuit powder.
- Pour custard on top and allow the custard to cool down and then pour some chocolate syrup on the custard.
- Lastly, decorate each dessert cup with a chocolate chip cookie.
- Refrigerate until cold. Enjoy!
