Homemade Ice Cream Recipe with only 2 Ingredients

Homemade Ice Cream Recipe (Only 2 Ingredients) in cups – 7 Flavors – No Eggs – No Ice Cream Machine

Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

  • Whipping Cream (Should be cold) 500 ml
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk 400 gms
  • 7 Paper cups

Flavors

  • Tutti Fruiti Mango Flavor – Mango puree + tutti fruiti
  • Chocolate Brownie Flavor – Chocolate Syrup + Brownie chunks
  • Choco Chip Flavor – Cocoa powder + Chocolate chips
  • Kitkat Flavor – Kitkat
  • Pistachio Flavor – Pistachio + Green food color
  • Cookies and Cream Flavor – Oreos
  • Vanilla Flavor – Vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Take cold (refrigerated) whipping cream in a bog bowl and whip until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. Add sweetened condensed Milk and whip until well combined.
  3. Ice cream base is ready. Transfer the ice cream base to 7 paper cups.
  4. Add the ingredients to the paper cups to create flavors. Mix.
  5. Freeze the ice cream cups for 1-2 hours or until 50% of the ice cream is frozen. Center of the cups should still be soft.
  6. Give a stir to each ice cream. This is to make the ice cream softer.
  7. Cover and freeze overnight.
  8. Next day, take the ice cream out for 5-10 minutes so that it softens up a little bit and then enjoy!
