Homemade Ice Cream Recipe (Only 2 Ingredients) in cups – 7 Flavors – No Eggs – No Ice Cream Machine
Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
- Whipping Cream (Should be cold) 500 ml
- Sweetened Condensed Milk 400 gms
- 7 Paper cups
Flavors
- Tutti Fruiti Mango Flavor – Mango puree + tutti fruiti
- Chocolate Brownie Flavor – Chocolate Syrup + Brownie chunks
- Choco Chip Flavor – Cocoa powder + Chocolate chips
- Kitkat Flavor – Kitkat
- Pistachio Flavor – Pistachio + Green food color
- Cookies and Cream Flavor – Oreos
- Vanilla Flavor – Vanilla essence
Preparation
- Take cold (refrigerated) whipping cream in a bog bowl and whip until it forms stiff peaks.
- Add sweetened condensed Milk and whip until well combined.
- Ice cream base is ready. Transfer the ice cream base to 7 paper cups.
- Add the ingredients to the paper cups to create flavors. Mix.
- Freeze the ice cream cups for 1-2 hours or until 50% of the ice cream is frozen. Center of the cups should still be soft.
- Give a stir to each ice cream. This is to make the ice cream softer.
- Cover and freeze overnight.
- Next day, take the ice cream out for 5-10 minutes so that it softens up a little bit and then enjoy!
