Imli aur Podina Spicy Chutney (Minty Tamarind Sauce)
Ingredients
- Imli (Tamarind) 250 grams
- Fresh mint leaves 1 cup
- Garlic cloves 2
- Green chilies 1-2
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Prepration
- Soak tamarind in water until soft. Remove the seeds from the pulp.
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Enjoy with snacks.
