Ingredients
- Fresh coriander, big bunch
- Fresh mint leaves, big bunch, stems removed
- Garlic cloves 3-4
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Salt to taste
- Thick tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Add garlic cloves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds and green chilies to the blender.
- Add a little water and blend to a smooth, thick paste.
- Now take out in a container and add tamarind pulp and salt.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate for 7-10 days or freeze up to 2 months in a zip lock container.
- Serve with your favorite fried item and enjoy!
