Instant Egg Stir-Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Frozen mixed vegetables 1 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili sauce to taste
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add frozen mixed vegetables.
  2. Sauté until soft. Move to one side of the wok.
  3. Beat eggs with salt and chili sauce and add to the wok.
  4. Scramble the eggs and mix with the vegetables.
  5. Add boiled rice, chili sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  6. Mix and taste. Add salt of needed.
  7. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Fried rice is ready.
  9. Enjoy!
