Ingredients
- Boiled rice 2 cups
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Frozen mixed vegetables 1 cup
- Eggs 4
- Salt to taste
- Chili sauce to taste
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp (optional)
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat oil in a wok and add frozen mixed vegetables.
- Sauté until soft. Move to one side of the wok.
- Beat eggs with salt and chili sauce and add to the wok.
- Scramble the eggs and mix with the vegetables.
- Add boiled rice, chili sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Mix and taste. Add salt of needed.
- Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Fried rice is ready.
- Enjoy!
