Juicy Chicken Burger Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients for the chicken patty

  • Chicken mince
  • Onion 1 small or half medium sized, finely chopped
  • Capsicum 1/2 , finely chopped
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Salt 3/4 tsp or to taste
  • Chili Sauce 2 tbsp or more
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbsp

Other Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Cheese slices
  • Tomato
  • Pickled Jalapenos
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Burger buns

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the chicken mince, chopped onion and capsicum, salt, chili sauce, garlic powder, black olives and breadcrumbs.
  2. Mix well and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes so that the breadcrumbs absorb the excess moisture from the mixture.
  3. Grease your hands with oil, shape the mince into thick patties and shallow fry until done.
  4. Turn the flame low and put cheese slices on the chicken patties. Cover for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted. Take out on a plate.
  5. Heat the upper rod of the oven (Broiler) and start assembling the burger.
  6. Cut the buns in half. Apply ketchup on the bottom bun. Put sliced tomatoes and jalapenos.
  7. Top with patties and some lettuce. Apply some mayonnaise on the top bun and place on the burger.
  8. Heat the burgers in the oven for 1-2 minutes until crunchy.
  9. Serve immediately!
