Karry ka Achar (Raw Mango Pickle)

Ingredients

  • Karry (Raw mango) 4, chopped
  • Onion 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Carrot 1/2 , julienne cut
  • Green chili 1, sliced
  • Red bell pepper 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 3/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
  3. Allow to rest in the fridge for 1 day before consuming.
  4. Consume within 7 days.
  5. Enjoy!
