Ingredients
- Karry (Raw mango) 4, chopped
- Onion 2 tbsp, chopped
- Carrot 1/2 , julienne cut
- Green chili 1, sliced
- Red bell pepper 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili flakes 3/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container.
- Allow to rest in the fridge for 1 day before consuming.
- Consume within 7 days.
