Ingredients
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Spring onions 1/2 cup
- Frozen Corn 1 cup (if fresh, microwave them for 5-6 minutes first)
- Khimchi 2 cups, chopped (You can get recipe on my youtube channel)
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce (if you want it spicy)
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp (optional)
- Boiled rice 4 cups
Preparation
- Heat oil in a wok and add ginger paste and garlic paste.
- Stir fry and add spring onions. Stir fry until aromatic.
- Now add corns and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until soft.
- Add Khimchi and stir fry for 1 more minute.
- Lastly add boiled rice, soy sauce and oyster sauce and chili Sauce (if needed-I skipped it).
- Stir fry on high for 3-4 minutes and serve immediately with accompaniment of your choice. Enjoy!
Khimchi Rice
