Ingredients
Dough
- All purpose flour 1.5 cups
- Yeast 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Luke warm Water 120 ml or as needed
Filling
- Beef/lamb mince 1 cup
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Onion 1 chopped
- Tomato 1/2 chopped
- Bell peppers 1 cup, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder 3/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Other
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- Dough: Mix All purpose flour, yeast and sugar. Add luke warm water little by little and knead for 5-6 minutes to make a smooth dough. The dough should be soft but without lumps.
- Filling: Mix all the filling ingredients and cook until the beef is done and filling is dry.
- Divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll them into small pizzas. Place into frying pans.
- Apply pizza sauce and place the beef filling on top. Top off with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the pan and cook on low until the cheese has melted.
- Enjoy!
