Ingredients
- Chicken Boneless 200 grams, minced
- Big tortillas 6
- Onions 2 medium
- Bell pepper 1
- Garlic cloves 2-3
- Fresh coriander 1 handful
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Red chili flakes to taste
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1.5 tsp
- Cumin powder 1.5 tsp
- Tomato paste 1.5 tbsp
Preparation
- In a chopper, add onions, garlic cloves, fresh coriander and bell peppers and finely chop (do not blend into a paste, we just need finely chopped vegetables)
- Take out the vegetables into a mixing bowl and add chicken pieces.
- Let the chopper run until the chicken turns into a paste.
- Take out the chicken paste into the vegetable bowl.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, oregano, paprika powder, cumin powder and tomato paste.
- Mix well.
- Place some mince on a tortilla and spread evenly to make a thin layer of meat on the tortilla.
- Heat a pan and apply butter on it.
- Place the tortilla meat side down on the pan and let it cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Now apply butter on the top side of the tortilla and flip it.
- Cook for 30-40 seconds more and take out on a plate. Repeat for 6 tortillas.
- Enjoy!
Meat Roti (Meat Tortilla)
