Ingredients
- Mangoes 2 big (I used sindhi)
- Whipping cream (unsweetened) 250 ml
- Condensed milk 3 tbsp (or powdered sugar)
- Yellow food color as needed
- Milk powder 3-4 tbsp (for a thick consistency)
Preparation
- Peel the mangoes and put them in a blender and blend to a smooth puree.
- Take out in a bowl and add whipping cream.
- Whish using a hand whisk for 5-7 minutes until mixture fluffs up a little. No need to whisk too much.
- Add condensed milk, yellow food color and mix.
- Lastly add 3 tbsp of milk powder and whisk. Check for the consistency of the mixture. It should look like melted ice cream. Add 1 mote tbsp if needed.
- Pour into the ice cream moulds and freeze.
- Enjoy!
