Ingredients
For 2 Parathas
- Mozzarella cheese 6 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
- Salt – Not needed as cheese contains enough salt
- Wheat flour dough (aata) for 2 parathas
- Oil or desi ghee for cooking
Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, chopped green chilies and salt.
- Divide the dough into 4 small balls.
- Roll each dough using a rolling pin into 4-5 inches round discs.
- On one of the round disc, place half of the cheese stuffing and cover with another round disc.
- Roll into 7-8 inches round disc and cook on tawa using some oil or desi ghee.
- Repeat with the second paratha.
- Enjoy!
