Onion and Cheese Paratha

Ingredients

For 2 Parathas

  • Mozzarella cheese 6 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Salt – Not needed as cheese contains enough salt
  • Wheat flour dough (aata) for 2 parathas
  • Oil or desi ghee for cooking

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, chopped onions, chopped green chilies and salt.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 small balls.
  3. Roll each dough using a rolling pin into 4-5 inches round discs.
  4. On one of the round disc, place half of the cheese stuffing and cover with another round disc.
  5. Roll into 7-8 inches round disc and cook on tawa using some oil or desi ghee.
  6. Repeat with the second paratha.
  7. Enjoy!
