Ingredients
Cookie Base
- Oreo biscuits 300 grams
- Butter 100 grams
Cream cheese layer
- Cream cheese 400 grams (I used leftover kiri cream cheese spread and cubes)
- Whipping cream 100 ml
- Oreo cookie cream (from the cookies)
- Powdered Sugar 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Remove the cream from the Oreos into a separate bowl. Keep aside for later use.
- Transfer the oreos to a food processor and grind to a fine powder.
- Melt butter and add to the oreo powder. Mix
- Add half of the oreo powder into an 8-inch pan and press using a fork to form a cookie base.
- In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, whipping cream, icing sugar and oreo cookie cream.
- Whip until lump free.
- Pour over the oreo base.
- Level out using spatula and cover with other half of the oreo powder on the top.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
