Ingredients
- Boiled rice 3 cups
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Spring onions chopped, 1/2 cup
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Onion 1, chopped
- Green bell pepper 1, finely chopped
- Carrots 2, finely chopped
- Blanched spinach (or peas) 1/2 cup
- Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Chili sauce as needed (optional)
Preparation
- Heat oil in a wok and add garlic and spring onions.
- Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chopped onion and fry until translucent.
- Add carrot and bell peppers on high flame and sauté until vibrant in colour.
- Now add rice, oyster sauce and soy sauce and chili sauce.
- Mix well on high flame and add blanched spinach and mix.
- Serve immediately.
