Ingredients for 4 parathas
- Paneer (cottage cheese) 100 grams
- Green chilies 2-3, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
- Cumin powder 3/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Amchur powder (mango powder) 3/4 tsp
Preparation
- Chop the cottage cheese cube in a chopper.
- Take out in a bowl.
- Add salt red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder and chopped green chilies to the paneer.
- Mix well.
- Roll a roti and place 1/4th of the panner mixture in the middle.
- Shape the roti into a ball.
- Roll again and place on a hot tawa.
- Cook the parathas the usual way using desi ghee or oil.
- Enjoy!
