Paneer Paratha

Ingredients for 4 parathas

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 100 grams
  • Green chilies 2-3, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Cumin powder 3/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Amchur powder (mango powder) 3/4 tsp

Preparation

  1. Chop the cottage cheese cube in a chopper.
  2. Take out in a bowl.
  3. Add salt red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur powder and chopped green chilies to the paneer.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Roll a roti and place 1/4th of the panner mixture in the middle.
  6. Shape the roti into a ball.
  7. Roll again and place on a hot tawa.
  8. Cook the parathas the usual way using desi ghee or oil.
  9. Enjoy!
