Ingredients
- Boneless chicken 800g, cut into strips
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Dried basil 1 tsp
- Dried rosemary 1 tsp
- Salt to taste (add less salt if you are planning to add chicken cube later)
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Chicken cubes 2
- Hot water 1 cup
- Thick fresh cream 3/4 cup
Preparation
- Add chicken strips to a bowl and add oregano, basil, rosemary, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a wok and add the chicken strips.
- Add ginger and garlic paste to it and cook on high until chicken strips are fully cooked.
- At this stage add garlic powder and paprika powder. Mix well.
- Dissolve the chicken cubes in hot water and add this stock to the chicken.
- Bring to boil, turn the flame extremely low and add thick fresh cream. Mix well.
- Turn the flame to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the gravy becomes a little thick.
- Paprika cream chicken is ready. Serve with Boiled rice.
