Paprika Cream Chicken

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 800g, cut into strips
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Dried basil 1 tsp
  • Dried rosemary 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste (add less salt if you are planning to add chicken cube later)
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 2 tsp
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • Thick fresh cream 3/4 cup

Preparation

  1. Add chicken strips to a bowl and add oregano, basil, rosemary, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add the chicken strips.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste to it and cook on high until chicken strips are fully cooked.
  4. At this stage add garlic powder and paprika powder. Mix well.
  5. Dissolve the chicken cubes in hot water and add this stock to the chicken.
  6. Bring to boil, turn the flame extremely low and add thick fresh cream. Mix well.
  7. Turn the flame to medium and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the gravy becomes a little thick.
  8. Paprika cream chicken is ready. Serve with Boiled rice.
  9. Enjoy!
