Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • Toasted Peanuts 500 grams (skin removed)
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/8 cup

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and process for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Grainy peanut butter is ready.
  3. Store at room temperature.
  4. Enjoy!

Note1: Skip the oil if you want thick peanut butter.

Note 2: If you want supper smooth peanut butter then make it in blender instead of the food processor.
