Pizza Flavored Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • Uncooked pasta 1 packet
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Onion 1 big, chopped
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Boneless chicken (cut into 1 cm cubes) 200 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Bell peppers (any color) cubes, 1 cup
  • Chopped tomato can 1
  • Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
  • Mozarella cheese 1 cup
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain, run tap water to stop further cooking and allow to drain.
  3. Heat oil in a cooking pot and add onions, garlic and ginger paste.
  4. Cook until the raw smell goes off.
  5. Add chicken and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Add bell peppers and stir for a minute until vibrant in color.
  7. Now add chopped tomato can and pizza sauce. Mix and cook until the sauce just starts bubbling.
  8. Add the paste and mix well.
  9. Turn the flame to lowest, top with mozzarella cheese and oregano.
  10. Cover and cook on lowest flame (dum) until the cheese has melted.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
