Pizza Omelette

Ingredients

Flour mixture

  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 3/4 cup (more if needed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp

Filling

  • Chicken 150 gm, cut into small pieces
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Bell peppers 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika powder 3/4 tsp
  • Oregano 3/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder to taste

Other

  • Ketchup
  • Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan, add oil, chicken, salt, paprika, oregano and black pepper powder.
  2. Cook until the chicken is fully done.
  3. Allow to come to room temperature.
  4. In a separate bowl, add flour, eggs, milk, salt and oregano. Mix until there are no lumps.
  5. Add more milk if needed. Consistency should be like pancake batter.
  6. Add the chicken filling to this flour mixture and mix well.
  7. Grease a pan and pour the mixture on it.
  8. Cover and cook at low flame for 3-4 minutes until the top of the Omelette is not liquid anymore.
  9. Pour some ketchup and mozzarella cheese on top. Cover and cook just until the cheese is melted (2 minutes).
  10. Lastly sprinkle some more oregano on top and serve immediately.
  11. Enjoy!
