Potato Cutlets
Ingredients:
- Medium potatoes 3
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 small
- Ginger paste ½ tsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Coriander fresh 3 tbsp
- Mint 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Salt ½ tsp (or to taste)
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Red chili flakes ½ tsp
- Juice of half a lemon
- Egg for coating
- Breadcrumbs
preparation:
- Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them.
- In a chopper add fresh coriander and green chilies and chop well.
- In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onion, garlic paste and ginger paste. Saute until fragrant.
- Add boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, the chopped greens and lemon juice.
- Mix thoroughly and take off the heat.
- Once the mixture is at room temperature shape into cutlets.
- Coat first with egg and the with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in shallow oil. Serve hot. Enjoy!

- 2 Green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- Egg for coating
- Breadcrumbs
