Ingredients
- Red bell peppers 2, big size
- Boiled Potatoes 3 medium sized
- Mint/chili paste 3 tbsp (I used frozen cubes) you can just chop chilies and mint and add
- Onion 2 tbsp, chopped
- Red tomato puree 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chat Masala 1 tsp full
- Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
Preparation
- Remove the bell pepper seeds and cut them into 1 cm thick rings. Keep aside.
- In a bowl, mash the potatoes and add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Oil a frying pan and place pepper rings on it.
- Fill them with the mixture and cook on low flame on both sides until golden.
- Enjoy with chutney!
