Crispy Baked Potato Wedges
These potato wedges are impossibly crispy and crackly on the outside, with tender, pillowy potato insides. They’re the perfect homemade solution any time the French fry craving strikes.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes 2 large
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder a pinch
- Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano 1 tablespoon
- Paprika powder 1 tablespoon
preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Take 2 big potatoes and wash them with a brush to remove the dirt.
- Do not peel them as these “crispy baked potato wedges taste delicious with the skin on.
- Mix all the spices and olive oil in a bowl.
- Cut the potatoes in half and slice into wedges.
- Add the spices and olive oil to the wedges and mix using hands to coat the wedges evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200°C until crispy from the outside and soft from the inside.
- Serve hot with tea as a tea time snack.
- Enjoy with ketchup!
