Pulled Out Chicken Subs
Ingredients
- Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic powder 1 heaped teaspoon
- Onion powder 1 heaped teaspoon
- Mustard paste 2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce 3-4 tablespoons
- Vinegar 4 teaspoons
- Ketchup 1/4 cup
- Hotdog buns
- Ketchup for buns
- Cheese slices
Preparation
- Cut chicken into big chunks and transfer to pot.
- Mix all the ingredients and add to the chicken.
- Add enough water to cover the chicken pieces.
- Cook until the chicken is tender and 50% of the liquid still remains in the chicken
- Shred the chicken.
- Apply ketchup on the buns and top with shredded chicken.
- Put cheese slices on top.
- Put the subs in oven at 180*C for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Enjoy!
