Qeema Pizza
Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- Water (Luke warm) ½ cup + 1 cup
- Instant Yeast (khameer) 2 ¼ Tsp (2 Tsp + ¼ Tsp)
- Sugar 2 Tsp
- Salt 1½ Tsp
- Vinegar 1 Tsp
- Olive Oil 3 Tbsp
- All-purpose flour (maida) 4 Cups
- Semolina (Sooji)
Pizza Sauce
- Garlic cloves 5
- Onion 1, big sized
- Red bell pepper 1/2
- Carrot 1
- Tomatoes 2 biggest sized or 4 medium sized
- Water as needed
- Salt
- Oregano 1 tbsp
Pizza Topping
- Minced Chicken (or mutton or beef) 200 gms
- Salt to taste
- Chili powder to taste
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Tomato 1/2 (seeds removed, chopped)
- Onion 1 small, sliced
- Green bell pepper 1/2, chopped
- Green chilies 1-2 slit
- Mozzarella cheese as needed
- Ketchup as needed
- Chili sauce (optional)
Prepartion
- Pre-Bake pizza dough according to the instructions by following my Easy Pizza Dough
- Make Pizza Sauce by following my Pizza Hut Style Pizza Sauce recipe.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add minced chicken, salt and chili powder.
- Cook until all the water evaporates and mince is cooked.
- Assembly: Spread pizza sauce on the pre-baked pizza crust.
- Add minced chicken.
- Evenly distribute onions, tomatoes and bell peppers.
- Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Add the slit green chilies on top.
- Drizzle ketchup and/or chili sauce on top.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 230 degrees for 10 mins using lower rod.
- When the pizza is ready, turn the lower rod off and turn on the top rod, heat the pizza cheese to give it a nice golden color.
- Qeema pizza is ready. Serve immediately.
