Quick Italian Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg, cut into 1 inch cubes
- Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder 3/4 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried basil leaves 1 teaspoon
- Paprika powder 1 teaspoon
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Tomato paste 4 teaspoons
- Some skewers and Onions cut into cubes
Preparation
- Add all of the ingredients to the chicken and mix.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 420*C (215*F).
- Skewers the chicken loosely.
- Cover with a moist parchment paper or foil pierced multiple time for steam to escape. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Dish out and serve with my Tangy ketchup Sauce and rice.
