Ingredients
- Chinese cabbage 1 small head
- Rice Flour 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tsp
- White vinegar 2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Preparation
- Wash the Chinese cabbage and drain the water completely.
- Chop the into 2 inch squares and keep aside
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned above and make a paste
- Add water and mix
- Now add this liquid mixture to a wok and cook on slow heat until the water dries out completely.
- Turn off the flame and add cabbage pieces and stir.
- Serve warm or cold as per your liking.
