Raw Mango Chutney | Green Mango Mint chutney | Kairi ki chutney
Ingredients
- Raw mangoes (Kerry) 3-4
- Fresh mint leaves 1 handful
- Fresh coriander leaves 2 handfuls
- Green chilies 2-3
- Salt to taste
- Black Salt 3/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Preparation
- Cut raw mangoes into chunks. No need to peel the mangoes.
- Remove the mint leaves from stems.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend using least amount of water until smooth paste is formed.
- Chutney is ready. Serve with kebabs of your choice.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge and 3 months in freezer.
