Ingredients
- Boiled rice 2 cups
- Fresh coriander 1 big bunch, finely chopped
- Green chilies 2-3, finely chopped
- Onion 1 medium, finely chopped
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Gram flour (besan) 5 heaped tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except gram flour and water.
- Mix and mash with the help of a masher or a fork until the boiled rice are broken.
- Add gram flour and water.
- Mix and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Now roll into balls and shallow fry (or deep fry- your choice) until golden brown on the outside.
- Enjoy!
