Ingredients
- Eggs 12, hard billed
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Pickled beetroots, chopped (or any other pickle in vinegar)
- Salt, pepper, chili sauce (optional)
Preparation
- Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs in half.
- Separate the yolks and transfer to a food processor.
- Add mayonnaise and mustard paste and process until the yolk mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pipe through a piping bag (star tip) or simply use a spoon to put the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Top off with pickled beetroots.
- Serve and Enjoy!
