Simple Potato Patty for Breakfast

Ingredient

  • Big potatoes 2, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and corn flour and mix.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, grilling pan or waffle maker and place 2 spoonful of the potato mixture and shape into a patty using the same spoon.
  4. Allow to cook on both sides on medium to low heat until potatoes are cooked through and golden on the outside.
  5. Serve in a sandwich or as it is.
  6. Enjoy!
