Ingredient
- Big potatoes 2, grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and corn flour and mix.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, grilling pan or waffle maker and place 2 spoonful of the potato mixture and shape into a patty using the same spoon.
- Allow to cook on both sides on medium to low heat until potatoes are cooked through and golden on the outside.
- Serve in a sandwich or as it is.
