Spicy Buffalo Wings

Spicy Crispy Buffalo Wings

The BEST Buffalo Wings you’ll ever eat and they’re super spicy and super crispy! Tossed with a delicious buffalo wing sauce these will be the hit of your parties!

Ingredients:

  • Corn starch for coating the wings as needed
  • Corn starch for batter ½ Cup
  • All-purpose Flour ¼ Cup
  • Wings with skin 1 Kg
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Salt 2 teaspoons or to taste
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Water 2/3 cup
  • Buffalo sauce 1/2 cup

 

preparation:

  1. Coat the chicken wings in corn flour thoroughly and leave on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes.
  2. They should be placed in such a way that they do not stick to each other.
  3. In a bowl add 1/2 cup corn flour, baking powder, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika powder and black pepper powder.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add water and make paste.
  6. The paste should be a bit runny.
  7. Heat oil in a wok at medium heat.
  8. Coat the wings with the paste, shake off the excess and fry in oil on medium heat.
  9. Fry till completely cooked. It would take 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
  10. Take out on a wire rack or paper towel.
  11. Drizzle buffalo sauce on the wings.
  12. serve hot.
