Spicy Crispy Buffalo Wings
The BEST Buffalo Wings you’ll ever eat and they’re super spicy and super crispy! Tossed with a delicious buffalo wing sauce these will be the hit of your parties!
Ingredients:
- Corn starch for coating the wings as needed
- Corn starch for batter ½ Cup
- All-purpose Flour ¼ Cup
- Wings with skin 1 Kg
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt 2 teaspoons or to taste
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Water 2/3 cup
- Buffalo sauce 1/2 cup
preparation:
- Coat the chicken wings in corn flour thoroughly and leave on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes.
- They should be placed in such a way that they do not stick to each other.
- In a bowl add 1/2 cup corn flour, baking powder, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika powder and black pepper powder.
- Mix well.
- Add water and make paste.
- The paste should be a bit runny.
- Heat oil in a wok at medium heat.
- Coat the wings with the paste, shake off the excess and fry in oil on medium heat.
- Fry till completely cooked. It would take 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
- Take out on a wire rack or paper towel.
- Drizzle buffalo sauce on the wings.
- serve hot.
