Ingredients
- Eggs 4
- Spinach 1 cup, blanched and chopped
- Salt
- Black pepper powder
- Green chilies 4-5 chopped
- Mozzarella cheese for topping
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Preparation
- Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, spinach and green chilies.
- Apply oil on a pan and add the egg mixture.
- Cover and cook on lowest heat possible.
- Do not try to flip the Omelette overwise the color of the spinach will not remain green.
- When the Omelette is cooked, add mozzarella cheese on top, cover and cook again for 4-5 minutes on low flame until the cheese has melted.
- Cut into slices and serve.
- Enjoy!
