Steamed Vegetable Rice in Rice Cooker

Ingredients

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Water 3.5 cups
  • Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Green bell pepper 1/2, sliced
  • Red bell pepper 1/2, sliced
  • Yellow bell pepper 1/2, sliced

Preparation

  1. Wash the rice (no need to soak the rice). Add to the rice cooker.
  2. Add soy sauce, chicken cubes and bell peppers.
  3. Cook the rice cooker on the setting that you would normally use for the plain boiled rice.
  4. When half of the time has passed, open the rice cooker and stir the rice one to two times so that the chicken cubes which have now been melted are mixed thoroughly.
  5. Close the lid and complete the cooking process.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
