Ingredients
Pudding
- Strawberries big 10-12
- Milk 500 ml
- Sugar 4 tbsp or more
- Corn flour 4 tbsp heaped
Glaze
- Strawberries 1 cup, chopped
- Sugar 1/4 cup or to taste
- Water 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Pudding: Take half cup milk from 500 ml and mix corn flour in it. Keep aside.
- Blend together strawberries, remaining milk and sugar.
- Add this to a pan and mix corn flour mixture in it.
- Cook, stirring continuously, until thickened.
- Pour into 4 serving bowls.
- Glaze: Cook strawberries, sugar and water and cook until thickened.
- Pour over the pudding.
- Refrigerate before serving. Enjoy!
