Sugar free Blueberry Jam
Ingredients
- Blueberries 3 cups
- Water 3 tbsp
- Chia seeds 3 tbsp
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Artificial sweetener or more honey, if needed
Preparation
- Add the chopped blueberries and water to a cooking pot and cook on lowest flame until soft. Mash using a potato masher.
- Now turn the flame off and add honey and chia seeds.
- Mix and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Transfer to a clean, dry bottle and refrigerate.
- Use with a week. Freeze the extra jam in ice cube tray and use as needed.
