Sugar free Blueberry Jam

Ingredients

  • Blueberries 3 cups
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Chia seeds 3 tbsp
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Artificial sweetener or more honey, if needed

Preparation

  1. Add the chopped blueberries and water to a cooking pot and cook on lowest flame until soft. Mash using a potato masher.
  2. Now turn the flame off and add honey and chia seeds.
  3. Mix and allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Transfer to a clean, dry bottle and refrigerate.
  5. Use with a week. Freeze the extra jam in ice cube tray and use as needed.
