Sooji Kheer
Ingredients:
- Sooji (salmonella) 4 tbsp
- Ghee (enough to moisten the Sooji)
- Milk 4 Cups
- Sugar 4 Tbsp
preparation:
- Add sooji to a hot pan.
- Add desi ghee and mix so that the Sooji becomes moisten.
- Cook and keep stirring at medium heat till color changes and it starts to give off fragrance.
- To make its pudding add 4 Tbsp Sooji to 4 cups of milk.
- Add sugar and cook till it thickens. Add more milk if required.
- Cool and serve.
