Ingredients
- Uncooked pasta 600 grams (1.5 packet)
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Onion 1 big, chopped
- Tomatoes 4 big, peeled and chopped
- Chicken mince 500 grams (I added 900 grams)
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Topping
- Pickled cucumbers/gherkins
- Mozzarella cheese
- Ketchup
- Mustard paste
Preparation
- In a cooking pot add oil and chopped onions. Sauté until soft.
- Add chicken mince and cook for 5-6 minutes until the water from the mince is all evaporated.
- Now add tomato paste, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder, salt, mustard paste and worcestershire sauce. Mix, cover and allow to cook until the meat the fully cooked.
- Now add the pasta. Mix and add enough water to cover the pasta fully.
- Cover and allow to simmer on medium to low flame until the pasta is fully cooked. Keep checking during the process and add more water if necessary.
- When the pasta is ready, top off with some pickled cucumbers and mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle some ketchup and mustard paste on top and serve immediately.

Super Cheesy “Cheeseburger Pasta”
