Hari Chatney (Green Chtney)

Ingredients

  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch with stems
  • Tamarind pulp (imli) 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic clove 1
  • Green chilies 3-4 or more as per you’re your liking
  • Whole cumin 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds 1-1.5 teaspoons
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Water 1/4 cup

 

Preparation

  1. Soak tamarind in water until soft. Remove the seeds from the pulp.
  2. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
  3. Enjoy with snacks.
