Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes 2, medium size
- Wheat flour 2 cups
- Fresh coriander 3 tbsp, chopped
- Fresh green chilies 1-2 chopped
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 3/4 tsp
- Dry mango powder (Amchur) 1 tsp
- Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Clarified Butter (Desi ghee) as needed
Preparation
- Boil the sweet potatoes. Peel and mash.
- Add all the ingredients to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix.
- Lastly add wheat flour and knead into a dough. You can add more wheat flour if needed.
- Make the dough balls and roll them flat.
- Cook the paratha on tawa using desi ghee.
- Enjoy with yogurt.
