Taco Burgers
Ingredients For Seasoning:
- Chili Powder 2 tablespoons
- Cumin Powder 2 tablespoons
- Paprika powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ tablespoon
- Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder 1 teaspoon
- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon

- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Breast 2
- Taco Seasoning 1-2 tablespoons
- Red bell pepper 1
- Onion 1
- Parsley
- Capsicum 1
- Butter melted 2-3 tablespoons
- Garlic shredded 2-3 Cloves
preparation:
- Preheat the oven at 180 *C.
- Make the Taco spice mix by mixing together chili powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, black pepper powder and starch.
- Keep aside.
- Pound the chicken breasts to flatten it and cut it into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Now add the chicken strips and saute on high heat to seal the moisture.
- Once the chicken changes color add the ready-made spice mix according to your taste.
- Once the chicken is cooked completely, add onion, parsley and capsicum.
- Stir fry on high flame while still keeping the vegetables crunchy.
- To one side of the burger bun add mozzarella cheese.
- Put chicken on top and cover with the other half.
- Mix melted garlic and butter in a bowl and brush onto the burger top.
- Bake (only upper rod) for 4-5 minutes at 180 to 200 *C just to brown the garlic.
- Serve hot and Enjoy!
